Silently concerned, I think.Lastly I have been listening to the radio re the cutbacks outlined for the government departments which seems to indicate reallocating departments and other measure will only give results after a period of over 10 to 15 years and the costs will continue for the next 5 as they put their plans into action. Crazy we have the costs during the time we need to loose it. I doubt that we will ever see the costs coming back over such an extended period of time.
